Procedure
Please note that the steps listed below will clear the existing password as well as load the “Default” mixer scene. Any unsaved user settings will be lost during this process.
Follow these steps to reset the password:
- Properly power down your TouchMix and pull the power cable directly from the back of the mixer.
- Press and hold any three user buttons (U1, U2, 0, U3, or U4) located around the master encoder dial.
- While holding down the three user buttons, plug the power supply back into the mixer.
- Continue holding the buttons down until you see the loading screen flash. You may then release the buttons.
The current password is now reset/cleared.
