FAQ | After exporting tracks from my DAW and making them into a TouchMix session using the DAW Utility, the tracks won’t play on my TouchMix. What’s wrong?

Answer

If any track from the DAW was exported as a stereo .wav file, TouchMix will not play the session properly. Check the export settings of your DAW, make sure it is exporting all tracks as mono .wav files and export the tracks again.
